Arrival and departure

The reception is open every day from 8.30 to 10.30 and from 17.30 to 19.30.
Check in is from 2.30pm to 7.30pm. The communication of the arrival time is appreciated.
Check out must be done by 10.30 on the morning of departure.
Any needs for advances or delays with respect to these times must be communicated in advance, if possible by email. We will try to find the best possible solution.
Upon arrival, guests must go immediately to the reception, to deliver their identity documents for the purpose of registration formalities.
Before departure, guests must go to the reception to return the keys and pay for the stay. Any damage caused during the stay must be declared.
The apartments must be left in order and free from leftovers and rubbish.
If, due to unforeseen events, guests are unable to reach the facility at the scheduled time, they are kindly requested to contact a manager on the landline number +39 045 7945470 or the mobile number +39 348 9857513.

Stay
General rules of conduct


Those staying at the agritourism must respect the peace and relaxation of the other guests, especially during the day and night hours of rest (period of "silence" from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 11.00 pm to 9:00 am).
Guests are required to respect the environments, equipment and furnishings found in the farmhouse in the internal and external spaces. Any damage will be counted at the cost of restoration. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. We decline all responsibility for accidents involving children left unattended.
Some of the company areas are off-limits for safety reasons: respect the prohibition signs. We invite you to reduce waste to a minimum and limit consumption to respect the environment. Guests are not allowed to let people who are not registered for their stay enter the agriturismo. In case of a visit from relatives or friends, inform the reception in advance.

Four-legged guests

Pets are always welcome. Their arrival must be communicated in advance. It is forbidden to get them on beds and sofas and they are not allowed to enter the pool area and the wellness area. In the vicinity of the apartments, pets must be kept on a leash. Guests must provide for the collection and disposal of their pets' excrement. 

Volume of the television and sitting rooms

The volume of the television and any music systems must be kept low to respect the peace and harmony of the environment, especially during "silence" times.
For the same reason, we kindly ask you to maintain a calm conversational tone in the internal and external common areas.

Internet

It is possible to connect to the Internet for free by logging into the Corte Attìlea wi-fi network. By logging in, the guest agrees to the processing of their personal data according to the current provisions of the GDPR.

Keys

Each guest is provided with a set of keys for the apartment. This deck also contains the key for activating the electrical system, which must be removed when leaving to save energy. An additional deck may be required.
A remote control gate opener and keys for the laundry room and bicycles and for the gate on the cycle path are also supplied.
In case of loss of the keys, the cost of replacing the lock will be charged.

Where to smoke Smoking

is prohibited inside the apartments and in the common areas. Outside it is mandatory to use ashtrays. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Thank you.

Linen change

The change of towels takes place once every 3 days. Clean linen is left in front of the entrance door together with a bag in which used towels must be placed. For any additional changes, contact the reception. The additional change is paid. The bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. A daily cleaning service is available for the apartments. The service is subject to charges and must be requested at reception.

Extra beds and cots

At the request of the guests and within the limits allowed by the regulations, it is possible to add extra beds and/or cots in the apartments. Extra beds and cots are subject to charges, for information contact the reception.

Air conditioning system

The system is regulated at an ideal temperature for the various seasons, in compliance with current regulations on atmospheric pollution. The temperature, speed and inclination of the air flow can be customized in each room through the wall control panel. All other functions of the panel are deactivated and therefore guests are invited not to attempt to modify them. 
In order to avoid waste, the system switches off when doors and windows are opened.

Electric hobs and household appliances

The kitchens are equipped with electric hobs. Particular caution is recommended, especially in the presence of children, because the plates remain hot after switching off. Do not turn on all the appliances at the same time to avoid overloading the system. The electrical panel with the relative circuit breakers is positioned in the anteroom.
The instructions for all the appliances are in a drawer in the kitchen cupboard.
It is forbidden to use electric heating appliances and open flames in the apartments.

Crockery

We ask guests not to leave crockery outside the apartments or on the windows and, in the event of shared lunches or dinners, to bring them back to their own apartment in the correct number and type. A kettle is available. 

Separate waste collection Separate waste

collection is carried out for paper, glass, plastic and cans, organic waste, dry residue. Guests are invited to separate waste by type and to use the special containers inside the apartments and in the parking area. Upon departure, clear the pantry and refrigerator and do not leave any leftovers or waste inside the apartment.

Laundry

The use of the laundry and its equipment (washing machine, dryer, iron with ironing board, drying racks, vacuum cleaners, brooms, buckets and tea towels) is free of charge. Guests must purchase their own detergents. For any emergencies, contact the reception.
The washer and dryer can be used alternately one at a time by selecting the relevant switch on the wall. At the end of the washing and drying cycle, wait for the automatic unlocking of the door before opening the doors.
At each drying cycle, the filter located inside the lower part of the door must be cleaned.
Guests are kindly requested not to dry laundry in the windows and not to leave drying racks in the passageways. 

Theft and loss

We are not responsible for theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the structure. 

Parking

The parking is not guarded. We advise you to lock up the cars and not to leave valuables on board. Cars cannot be parked on the green areas and must proceed at a maximum speed of 5km per hour. 

Reporting of breakdowns and breakages

Guests are kindly requested to immediately report breakages or small damages caused during their stay as well as any breakdowns or inconveniences, which we will undertake to resolve to improve our service. Breakages will be charged at cost price.

Use of the swimming pool

It can be accessed from 09.00 to 20.00.
Unaccompanied minors under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter. The depth of the pool is 1.20 meters in all its parts. It is forbidden to dive and run around the pool. It is recommended not to bathe within three hours of eating a meal. It is mandatory to take a shower and rinse your feet before entering the water. Free diving activities are prohibited. Before accessing the swimming pool it is necessary to read the Regulations for its use. 

Use of the wellness area

It can be accessed from 18.00 to 22.00 upon reservation at the reception.
Unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 are not allowed in. It is recommended not to bathe less than three hours after eating a meal. It is mandatory to take a shower before using any equipment. Before accessing the wellness area, it is necessary to read the Regulations for its use.

Use of the indoor play area and billiard room

The play areas are always open. To respect the peace and rest of the other guests, it is forbidden to scream and run. The games must be put away at the end of their use and the air conditioners and lights in the rooms must be turned off. Any damage to equipment will be charged at cost price. 

I use bicycles

Bicycles and related equipment (child seats, trolleys, helmets, padlocks, ...) are available to guests, who use them under their own responsibility. We decline all responsibility for accidents and damages arising from their use. Guests are kindly requested to report any punctures or problems with the bike immediately, to allow us to restore them as soon as possible. Any damage to equipment will be charged at cost price. 

Barbecue

Some barbecues are available to guests, which can be used freely, taking care not to damage the structure and not to disturb the other guests. Those who use the barbecues must obtain their own charcoal and must ensure that they are cleaned thoroughly. 

Sale of products and tastings

At the reception there is the point of sale of company products. If you don't find us, help yourself, mark them on the appropriate receipt and hand it in at the reception. They will be charged to your apartment account.
Tastings of our products can be organized by reservation.

Contractual conditions
Reservations and confirmation


Reservations can be made by adults online, by e-mail or by telephone, in the latter case with a confirmation email from us.
The reservation is considered confirmed with the communication by the guest of the data relating to his credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
From the time of booking confirmation, in case of cancellation by the customer, the cancellation penalties indicated below will be applied (unless otherwise agreed).

Check-in

in can be done from 14.30 to 19.30. Communication of the arrival time is welcome.
In case of need for an early check-in (in the morning) contact us in time to verify the possibility. Any early check-in usually has no additional costs.
In case of need for a late check-in (in the evening, after 8.30 pm and before 12.00 am), contact us in time to verify the possibility. Late check-in has an extra cost. Delayed arrival does not entitle to any refund. After 24 hours of delay on the arrival date, in the absence of communications, the reservation will be canceled and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
To register at the facility, you must present a valid personal identification document and provide a credit card. Unaccompanied minors cannot stay at the agriturismo.

Check-out

Check-out must be completed by 10.30 on the morning of departure.
Please do not leave food, drinks and rubbish inside the apartment. 
If you need to stay longer, please notify us in advance to verify the possibility and to allow the best performance of our activities. There may be a supplement to pay for late check out. In any case, for departures after 18.00 the amount of an additional overnight stay will be charged.
Early departure does not give the right to any refund.

Payment

The balance of the stay must be paid within the day of departure at the reception. A tax receipt is issued for payment. Request in time the issue of an invoice or the eventual division of the bill between guests.
The accepted payment methods are: cash, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), debit card, bank transfer, bank check.

Tourist tax

The Municipality of Valeggio sul Mincio applies a tourist tax for a maximum of 20 consecutive nights of people over 14 who are not resident in the municipal area. Our farmhouse collects it on behalf of the Municipality, cashing it in and issuing a receipt.
For tariffs and taxation criteria, please refer to the municipal regulation which can be consulted on the website www.comune.valeggiosulmincio.vr or can be requested at the reception. 

Cancellations and penalties

The cancellation of the reservation must always be communicated by e-mail.
Cancellations are subject to the following penalties (may depend on the booking channel):
– no penalty is applied up to 8 days before the arrival date
– from 7 to 1 day before the arrival date the price of 1 is charged night
- from the day before the arrival date and in the event of a "no-show" the price of the entire stay will be charged 

Personal Data Processing

Pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), the processing of personal data is carried out with correctness and transparency, for lawful purposes and for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship relating to the stay at the farm, protecting the privacy and rights of the owner.
All the information required by the GDPR is available in the documentation present in each apartment and at the reception.
