We grow barley, we malt it, we transform it into beer according to refined recipes.Attìlea blonde is a craft beer produced with barley grown on the morainic hills of Garda and processed with low fermentation. Raw, unfiltered or pasteurized, it is refermented in the bottle and completes its maturation here, giving rise to a natural sedimentation of the yeast. Golden colour, fruity bitter taste, compact foam, it is the lager beer par excellence.Hell style – IBU (bitterness unit): 2Bottles 0.5 lt or 0.75 lt. – Degrees: 5.4% vol.Attilea weizen it is a very refreshing and drinkable craft beer. Low in alcohol, light and not bitter, it has an orange-amber color and a good dense foam, which releases spicy and fruity notes of vanilla, nutmeg and banana. It is slightly cloudy due to the wheat proteins and suspended yeasts.Hefeweizen Style – IBU (bitterness unit): 12Bottle 0.5 lt – Degrees: 5% vol.Attìlea red has bright coppery reflections, abundant and persistent fruit-scented foam. The sweet flavor of the malt is well balanced by the hops, which give a pleasant, clean bitter note. Extra virgin olive oil is a fundamental ingredient of Mediterranean cuisine and, thanks to its natural antioxidants, a perfect adjuvant to keep the body in good health. The area of Lake Garda has been known since ancient times for its olive oil, which here acquires particular and delicate organoleptic characteristics and a taste with fruity and harmonious notes, able to satisfy all palates and all gastronomic needs. At Corte Attìlea the olive harvest is done by hand from plants of Leccino (40%), Frantoio (40%), Pendolino (20%). The pressing is entrusted to a continuous cycle cold mill.
